Luminous Owl Alchemy, Co. is a woman-owned small business located in the Treasure Valley of Idaho and founded by Amanda Mahler in November 2025. Luminous Owl Alchemy, Co. offers holistic and intuitive wellness services including astrology, therapeutic bodywork, Reiki energy work, herbalism, aromatherapy, and related educational and wellness experiences.
Nature of Our Services
Our services are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, personal growth, spiritual exploration, and overall wellbeing. Astrology, Reiki, herbalism, aromatherapy, and bodywork services provided by Luminous Owl Alchemy, Co. are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, psychological care, psychiatric care, or other professional healthcare. You should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical, mental health, medication, or other health-related concerns.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your needs, goals, relevant health considerations, medications, allergies, sensitivities, and other information that may affect your participation in a service. You are responsible for communicating openly with Amanda throughout your session. Please immediately communicate if you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, emotional distress, sensitivity, or any other concern during a session. You have the right to stop or modify a service at any time.
Astrology Services
Astrology readings are provided for personal reflection, self-exploration, and entertainment and are not guarantees of future events or outcomes. Astrological interpretations are subjective and should not be used as the sole basis for significant medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other life decisions.
Reiki & Energy Work
Reiki is a complementary energy-based wellness practice intended to support relaxation and personal wellbeing. Reiki is not medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for appropriate medical or mental healthcare.
Bodywork Services
Bodywork services are customized according to each client's needs and may incorporate Swedish massage, Shiatsu principles, intuitive bodywork, and other techniques within Amanda's training and scope of practice. Clients must disclose relevant information before receiving bodywork. Luminous Owl Alchemy, Co. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when Amanda believes doing so is necessary for client safety or falls outside her professional scope.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting Luminous Owl Alchemy, Co. Appointment availability is subject to change. Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment details, arriving on time, and following any preparation instructions provided before their appointment. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, and refunds.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price presented at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
